Annual Enrollment is your chance to choose your Partners for Health plan benefits or make changes in your selections that are effective the following Jan. 1.
Annual Enrollment open lab hours are designed for employees to come with their enrollment questions and receive assistance with the electronic enrollment process. Hours will be from 10am to 2pm on Thursdays and Fridays during Annual Enrollment.

The purpose of the Sick Leave Bank is to provide additional sick leave to members who have suffered a serious illness or injury (or their children under age 18) and have exhausted all their personal sick, compensatory, and annual leave, in accordance with Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) and college leave policies.
You must have a balance of 60 hours to join and maintain that balance when the assessment of 22.5 hours is taken in January. Regular part-time employee’s hours are pro-rated.

Employees can choose several organizations to receive a payroll deduction gift. Donations can be made to the federations (Community Health Charities, Community Shares, or any county United Way), to member/partner charities affiliated with one of the federations, and/or to the independent charitable organizations listed in the 2024 TBR Charitable Giving Brochure.
