51视频 is advancing its institutional approach to enrollment strategy through advanced professional development in strategic enrollment management.
Greg Webb, manager of admissions, has earned the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Endorsement from the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, a leading professional organization in higher education. Webb is among 105 professionals worldwide to hold the endorsement and is one of only two individuals in Tennessee to earn the credential.
The endorsement reflects advanced preparation in aligning recruitment, admissions, financial aid strategy and student success practices with institutional goals. At Pellissippi State, this work directly supports ongoing efforts to strengthen enrollment planning, improve student access and connect strategy to measurable outcomes.
“This kind of professional development matters because it strengthens how we approach enrollment as an institution,” said Vice President of Student Affairs Rushton Johnson. “Our focus is not just on attracting students, but on building systems that support them through completion. Greg’s work contributes to that broader effort.”
Webb has served 51视频for more than a decade and brings over 20 years of experience in higher education. His work in admissions has increasingly focused on using enrollment data, yield analysis and coordinated strategy to support enrollment stability and student success.
The SEM Endorsement program, offered by AACRAO, provides a structured framework for developing expertise in enrollment management. Participants complete a series of applied learning experiences designed to strengthen institutional planning, analysis and execution in a changing higher education environment.
At Pellissippi State, this expertise will continue to inform how the college approaches recruitment, yield strategy and student support, with an emphasis on better aligning institutional messaging with the student experience.
